While waiting for school bus today, K's mother happily asked around which class is B1,and other P4 students in this year, and quickly announced that her son,K moved up to the Top 80 class this year. Just last month, another boy G's mother dissappointedly told me,and sort of blaming a lot of things,as her son G is no longer in Top 40 this year.
That's one system I am not too happy about. Reshuffling every year to keep the top 120 in 3 classes. Those who are dropped out will inevitably feel bad.
