Cantonese Cooking Show-Honey Soy Eel

The fish can be replaced with Cod Fish.

Sauce: Honey,Lemon Juice,light soy sauce, dark soy sauce,pepper,fish sauce,Japanese Mirin.

To fry eel or cod fish, use non-stick wok,don't need to use oil.

I always skip oil when frying cod fish since cod fish has lots of oil in it.
