This is the Chocolate-Jackfruit chiffon cake
The Pandan+Chocolate flavoured Chiffon cake was highly raved about in a local magazine and Straits Times.
S$1.50 per slice. Need to order in advanced if you want to buy the whole cake.
Only saw Pandan+Mango and Green Tea+Chocolate flavoured at the shop.
This is moist, very much like normal sponge cake than Chiffon Cake. Taste a bit like steam sponge cake too.
Told Hb this is the 鸳鸯 Chiffon Cake.
