Starhub sucks!

I made several calls to Starhub 1633, to lodge service calls due to faulty setup box and today, to cancel appointment.

EVERTY time ,they put me on hold for at least 20mins, before someone finally pickep up the calls.

I feedback to the CS today, he just told me "Other customers also facing the same issues..." .This is precisely WHY they need to improve their customer service. Can't they just have options to leave our contact number,so that they can call back? Of course, they must REALLY call back, as my organisations' have CS who promised to call back but never did.
